Independent Brokerage Vs. National Franchise

Some may think that when you list or buy real estate with agents of a smaller, independent brokerage, you are loosing services or marketing power... In reality, the opposite is true with our brokerage, Most of the national franchises operate as independent agencies and the individual agents have to pay for their own marketing services therefore, we are no different than any of national franchise except for the name. Since we do not pay the national franchise fees, and have a lower operating overhead, we spend more of the commission dollar that you contract for on actually marketing your property.

Our brokerage maintains an active marketing budget to support our agents' listings so that they do not bare the brunt of the marketing costs on their own. Your listing may not sell or have any activity since an agent affiliated with a national franchise may still not have enough money on their own to successfully market your property other than inputting it in the MLS.

Continuing Education

In Illinois, real estate agents are required to maintain 12 hours of continuing education every two years to maintain their licenses. Real Estate Brokers are required to maintain 18 hours of continuing Education. The agents and brokers at C&C Realty Group, Inc. average over 35-40 hours of continuing education every two years!
